Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon

Sold out

Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon is bottled solely from one barrel hand-selected by Master Distillers Parker and Craig Beam, not from the mingling of many barrels, which is the practice for standard blended and Small Batch Bourbons.

Like a fine wine, each bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon contains a date telling when it was put in oak and bottled, in addition to the exact serial number of the single barrel from which it was drawn.

  • Heaven Hill Distillery is the largest independent, family owned and operated producer and marketer of distilled spirits in the United States. Founded by the Shapira family in 1934, Heaven Hill is the only distillery that is currently producing and aging all styles of American whiskey - Bourbon, rye, corn and wheat whiskeys. Their knowledge and expertise in the industry has allowed them to launch many award-winning brands including Evan Williams, Elijah Craig and Parker's Heritage Collection. And now, Larceny.

    Evan Williams

Evan Williams, founded Kentucky's first commercial distillery along the banks of the Ohio River in 1783. Those who met him learned quickly what a likable kind of guy he was. Williams was down to earth, willing to get his hands dirty, not afraid to kiss off the good life to follow a dream. And like its namesake, Evan Williams the Bourbon has the same strong character.

Sure, Evan Williams was known as a jack-of-all-trades, but he seemed to truly master one. Yes, we're talking about the man who had a knack for turning corn into smooth whiskey. And Kentucky grew a lot of corn. So Evan made the best use of this abundant crop that he could think of, distill it.

Realizing the potential of his whiskey, he set up his distillery on the banks of the Ohio River. Today, a marker stands at that very spot officially declaring Evan Williams as Kentucky's First Commercial Distiller.
