The Walter Collective Gin
Walter Collective set out to make a gin that was definitely a gin, but far more interesting than the traditional London dry style. So they ditched the harsh (and less expensive) juniper in favor of a soft, nuanced Tuscan-grown variety. They topped it with the subtle warmth of cassia and cardamom. And balanced and brightened it with grapefruit peel. The Walter Collective Gin is well-structured and complex — a delicious leap forward for gin lovers and bartenders everywhere.
